Justin Wesley Brady, 27, of Philomath, Oregon, was killed in a boat accident on September 3, 2006. Can anyone tell me, how much time passed from when you turned in your medical kit to when you received your invitation? Also, what is the process for receiving the invitation- do they call and let you know it’s on the way or what?
