Justin Brady dies from boating accident

Justin Wesley Brady, 27, of Philomath, Oregon, was killed in a boat accident on September 3, 2006. Brady was an Oregon State University graduate, Peace Corps volunteer, and member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He began his Peace Corps experience for Mali, Western Affrica, in January 2005. Can anyone tell me, how much time passed from when you turned in your medical kit to when you received your invitation? Also, what is the process for receiving the invitation- do they call and let you know it’s on the way or what?
