Yay! I got robbed!

Yup…over the weekend someone jimmied my window, with a huge grill on it, and managed to pull out my laptop through the space. Nice huh? I’m not that mad, it’s just that there was 2 years of project info, pictures, stories, artwork and music on there that I failed to back up. Stupid I know, but that’s what happened.

So the police are involved, not sure what will happen but we can hope for the best. They said they believe it was a junkie, that the laptop is still in the area and that one laptop will get you a days worth of crack. So I hope whoever stole my laptop is really enjoying their crack.

Not sure what a junkie does with a laptop, I am guess he’s not going to be making spreadsheets or databases in Access of his crack distribution or usage. I suppose junkies just trade it back and forth, like those big round stones with the hole in it back in the caveman days. “You want a laptop for some crack?”

“Yeah man,” says the next guy. Now he’s thinking, oh shit, what do I do with this laptop?

“Hey, you want this laptop for some crack?”

“Sure man,” the next guy. Oh, now what do I do with this?

You know how much crack is here? It’s cheap. A lot cheaper than a computer, he should of stolen our blind German Shephard watchdog out of the yard, traded him for some crack.
