I had recent ACL reconstruction knee surgery, and shoulder surgery all in the last three years. But my clearance sailed right through; PC wanted doctor follow-ups on both, then were satisfied. So, depending on what your medical history is, you should have no problem, but it does take time. Just be patient. From when I submitted all my medical and dental information to when I was medically and dentally cleared by PC was just about two months, to give you an idea of what to expect.
