Packing help

I’m heading to Panama as a Community Environmental Conservation volunteer on May 14th and all I keep reading about is how I should pack LIGHT! I’m a little worried about packing too light and not having everything I need. Any suggestions?

    Pack light. You will have a settling in allowance to buy things you might need to set up a house (pots, pans etc) and clothes are really cheap in Panama. Besides, it’s a good reason for friends and family to visit and bring you stuff from home :0
