I also lost my son, Wyatt Ammon, while serving in the Peace Corps in Zambia. I was so saddened to see two more wonderful, giving young men die. My heart goes out to all Justin's loved ones who are mourning. It makes no sense, and never will.

My mother called me the other day with the grave news of the passing of Justin... I grew up in Bend, OR. and played hockey with Justin, though we have grown apart over the years i can say with complete honesty, that the years we spent together as friends, teamates, bitter-rivals, and co-captains, were some of the greatest years of my life and i can reflect upon our friendship as one that would stand the test of time. Justin will be sorely missed in my heart, i am glad that he was able to help so many people, and i know that any of those people if asked to recollect, or reflect on Justin, and how he touched their lives they would say similar words, about a guy who would light up the room with his witt, and touch your heart with his brotherhood... - Justin, my friend, you will be missed. Sincerly, Nathan Gilmer
