Tattoos???
August 23rd, 2006 by jenny.So I just read something that talked about the medical packet asking about identifying marks on your body. I have looked over and over again in the packet and I can’t find it!!! Am I crazy or is it missing? or maybe everyone doesnt have that part!!! I really am lost someone let me know what the indentifying mark stuff is all about in the medical packet!! Thanks a bunch! =)

i don’t remember that part at all! it could have been something like a check off answer about birthmarks or skin issues… i have no idea

It’s a really small part, in the medical kit, just in the checklist… It’s like 3/4 down the list or so, and just asks if there are identifying marks/tattoos. If so, they check yes, and briefly describe the tattoo or whatever in the space. I’m pretty sure everyone has that part, because it’s part of the general medical questionnaire, in the basic physical exam. I remember it mainly because I had to make sure my parents didn’t see the med kit and see that I have a tattoo, haha ;)
