Interview

I see that most of you have already gotten your nominations, so I was wondering if you could offer me some advice for my interview. I just graduated from college, so I haven’t been on too many interviews. I still have about a week and a half, but I’m not sure what to expect. Can anyone give me some tips? Thanks!

Hey there. You really have nothing to worry about. If your reasons for joining the Peace Corps are sincere, your recruiter will be able to tell and you’ll be nominated fairly quickly. Just be prepared to answer obvious questions like why you want to join the Peace Corps. Also, be prepared to give examples of how you showed leadership in the past. The key here is to be as flexible possible. You’ll do fine! Good luck!
